The Balaia Golf Village Resort is designed for all needs of a family holiday. Located close to Albufeira in the Algarve, it combines over 500 well furnished accommodation consisting of apartments and villas set in a 40 hectare parkland together with leisure and sporting facilities. The Resort is approximately 35 minutes drive from the Faro airport.

Less than 500 metres from sandy beaches and in the gardens it has 6 swimming pool areas, with separate pools for children. An outdoor pool is heated during winter months.

The Balaia Golf Village Resort has many facilities that include a Supermarket, Medical Clinic, Hairdresser, Beauty Parlour, Paper and Souvenir Shop, 4 all-weather Tennis Courts with resident coach, a Petanque Pitch, a Croquet Lawn, a Kids Club and Playground.

A Health Club with an indoor pool, Fitness Room, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and massage. The 9 hole Golf Course has a Driving Range and Golf Academy. The Resort is a convenient base for golfers as the Vilamoura Golf Courses are only about 10 minutes drive (10 km).

There are two fine restaurants, the A Varandah and the Le Club both of which serve a Mediterranean cuisine. For practical family light meals there are two Snack-Bars. Guests with children can make use of various family-friendly services and facilities. Watch your children have fun on the playground or in the kids pool. Babysitters are available upon request and ensure a truly hassle-free stay at Balaia.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
